Thin light guide plate

Handheld device plastic plates’ development program is based on hot pressing technology, developing light, thin, and small optical panel for Pad, Mobile Phone, Tablet Pc and other handheld devices. FOURSUN TECH. is based on optical plates manufacture. Besides, continuously operating the existing Monitor, TV market, we will enter planar light source manufacturing project of handheld device, magnify existing planar light source market, and achieve full range of optical plates manufacturing service.

Hot pressing light guide Film

Our light guide plates (LGP) are manufactured with micron spot technology, by indirect laser processing and hot pressing to make microstructure light guide spots, reaching one million spots, with high brightness, ultra-thin features. Light guide plates (LGP) are mainly applied to PAD, Mobile Phone, Tablet Pc, NB, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and other consumer electronics products.

We introduce hot direct pressure technology to manufacture LGP. The thinness can reach thickness of Film level. The current methods of injection and printing can’t achieve the thickness. In the future, we can produce handheld light guide plates (LGP) that below 0.3mm.
