Optical Plate

Light guide plate

Light guide plate (Backlight plate): Material PMMA / PC provide thickness 0.3t ~ 12t (mm). Large plate area can up to 2,500 mm.

It’s suitable for CCFL/LED side-light-type source. By light guide effect of plates, in optimized illumination circumstances, let spots/ lines light source led in plates evenly dispersed light through the spots distribution, reduce bright and dark contrast uneven problem, and maintain the effect of thin thickness appearance. Light produced through plates can be converted to different light colors. For customers who need to use special appearance, it is a unique choice, which has good texture appearance.

3C backlight module, lighting boxes/ lamps, office t-bar, table lamp shades, display light bar, down light shade, advertising billboards...and so on.

Small size can be specially designed light distribution effect. Pay attention to design and decoration for place to create special texture, and achieve the effect of advertising and glamorizing with color change.

Used in side type or backlight module (as fig.), it mainly uses LGP to transfer light tube or LED light to flat light.

Diffuser plate

Diffuser plate (pulverized plate, milky plate): Material PS/ PMMA/ PC provide thickness 1.2t ~ 2tmm, large plate area can up to 1,500 mm.

It’s suitable for CCFL/LED direct-light-type source. By diffusion effect of plates, in optimized illumination circumstances, let spots, lines light source produce concentrated light evenly spread, reduce image overlapping phenomena and eyes discomfort for look light directly, and maintain brightness. Light even can convert to warm light through plates. It is very helpful to eyes comfort for long-term lights using customers. Using different types of diffuser plates will create different types of light performance, and meet beautiful appearance and artistic sense of lighting boxes. 3C backlight module, building materials usage, lighting boxes/ lamps, office t-bar, table lamp shades, display light bar, down light shade, advertising billboards...and so on. It spreads evenly, improves concentrated spots/ lines strong light, reduces eyes discomfort and overlapping phenomena caused by spot light, and reaches warm light. It is very helpful to long-term lights using. Light type can be changed to increase streamlined aesthetic and fashion of lighting.
